The City Plaza Board and Management Team have finalized the 2013 Operating Budget for the condominiums. As most of you are aware the budget and dues have remained the same for the past 4 years. Due to the increased storm activity throughout the nation, the insurance rates continue to rise nationwide. While the HOA absorbed the increase in the 2012 budget, it could not be done again for 2013. The Board of Directors was forced to raise the HOA dues for 2013. The budget Expense Explanations has been attached for your viewing. Below are the 2013 Dues effective January 1, 2013.

For 2013, the Board and Budget Committee are committed to identifying opportunities to reduce operating expenses so that we can minimize the possibility of future fee increases. In addition, we will focus on maintaining and growing the value of the property.
Monthly coupon vouchers will not be sent so it’s important that your payment is received on the 1st of each month. Payment made after the 10th of the month will be assessed a $25 late fee. If you have your funds set up through your bank please make sure to make the changes with them as well. Please forward all monthly dues to the following address:
